Breaking out of the normal routine in the factory building and having fun on the race track, a special team building activity this summer in Crawley. FTT Staff were divided into three teams for some friendly competition. It wasn't just about driving and winning, communication and teamwork were key to keeping everyone safe on the race track while all team members were working hard together towards a common goal. The day was absolutely brilliant and filled with fun and laughter! At the end of the day there was a podium award ceremony with trophies for the fastest drivers. Big congratulations to the winners!
