FTT Scientific, a subsidiary of FTT, exhibited at the International Symposium on High-temperature Oxidation and Corrosion (ISHOC) 2014 in Hakodate, Japan

ISHOC is held every 5 years in Japan since the first one at the Lake Yamanaka near the Mt. Fuji in 1982. This symposium is the 4th held at Hakodate in Hokkaido during 23rd - 27th June, 2014.
Due to the growing interest in energy and environmental issues worldwide, material scientists are striving to improve the efficiency in energy conversion by developing structural materials that can resist higher temperature and pressure in aggressive working environments.
In this symposium, more than 120 papers were presented. The discussions among participants have helped find the future prospective to solve materials issues at high temperature in aggressive environments.
