Judges Scientific announces that on 22 January 2015 it acquired 100% of the issued share capital of Armfield Limited. Armfield designs and markets engineering and research instruments for educational applications as well as R&D systems for the food and drinks, dairy, vegetable oils and pharmaceutical industries.
