Stephen holds an undergraduate degree in Molecular Science and an executive MBA from Henley Business School and spent the first 16 years of his career at Thermal Hazard Technology (THT), another Judges subsidiary.
He progressed from applications and technical sales, to general management, rising to become a Director in 2019. While working globally, Stephen's particular focus has been in Asia and North America.
Stephen moved from THT to Korvus in November 2022 as Managing Director.
